Embossing
Having client names and wedding date embossed on the front cover of an album has been frequently used over the years and is still often requested. The fonts available are simple, yet classic, and we offer the choice of black, white, silver or gold foil. Blind embossing is another alternative - very popular in today’s market where simplicity is desired.

Studio Logo for Embossing
Simply email us your studio logo and size required and we will make an embossing die of your logo. There is a one off cost to this but the block can be used for future embossing. Use this to emboss the fly leaf of your albums or to personalise many of our products. Studio embossing is a great way to advertise your business.

Laminating
Incorrect handling of photos can cause them to mark, resulting in unnecessary and costly reprints. To help avoid this common problem, Seldex™ Artistic Albums offers a laminating service, using either a gloss, satin or matt finish. This service is highly recommended for prints being used in Digital Albums, as photos directly exposed to one another will rub. A minimum of 10 photos is required for laminating.

Print Assembly
For a complete service, Seldex™ Artistic Albums is able to mount all your photos into the album, reducing the stress associated with album assembly - so all you have to do is hand the album over to your client and reap the rewards. Just like our albums, Seldex™ guarantees a professional approach when assembling your photos, using high quality acid-free adhesives. When using this service, please allow an extra 5 days for completion of your album bearing in mind, album assembly will only begin when all photos and a full album plan is received. This service is available for both our Pre-Assembled and Separate Base and Mat Albums.

Drymounting
Like the look of traditional matted albums, but fascinated with the idea of a full page drymount? Why not create a combination matted/flush mount album - a beautiful blend of old and new. Seldex™ Drymounting service specialises in mounting full edge-to-edge photos, within your matted albums. Seldex™ can drymount as many photos as you like, using acid free adhesive, creating a truly unique album your client will cherish for years to come.

Blank Mats with Adhesive
For a cheaper alternative to Drymounting, Seldex™ can provide you with a loose or fixed blank mat in your album. It comes with an attached adhesive suitable for a DIY drymount. It’s a simple process of peeling the backing of the adhesive and smoothing down your image, which should be slightly oversized. If the print is mounted incorrectly, the print can be temporarily re-positioned. Once you are happy with the position of the print, simply turn the mat and trim the excess. Please note if the mat is stuck in the album, be very careful not to cut into the base page of the album as this cannot be replaced.
