Prices quoted exclude GST and freight. We reserve the right to change our product specifications and prices at any time.

Payment

Payment must be made prior to dispatch or collection of your order. 50% deposit must be paid prior to commencement of work on all non-stock, customisable orders. Payment may be made via Visacard, Mastercard, Bankcard, Cheque or Direct Bank Deposit. Bank deposits must be made into the following bank account:

Freight

All parcels are sent from our Brunswick premises via Startrack unless otherwise instructed. Delivery can range from 2-5 days depending on your location. The average cost of freight within Australia varies from $18-$40 depending on the volume and weight of your order. WA orders are shipped to Image Finish for your collection from there. All overseas parcels are sent via UPS or Australia Post, delivery may range from 3-5 days depending on your location. Overseas freight is quoted depending on the size and weight of your order and charged accordingly.

Claims for goods damaged in transit

Each order is carefully inspected and packaged prior to dispatch. You must inspect your package for visible damage before you sign for receipt. If goods have been damaged in transit, please retain all packaging and notify both us and the courier promptly. Upon notification we will organise for the goods to be collected and returned to us for an assessment. We will re-supply any goods damaged in transit as soon as possible.

Returns

As the majority of our products are custom made to order, they cannot generally be accepted for return. Returns will only be accepted by prior arrangement with Seldex™ Artistic Albums and are subject to a handling fee. The return freight remains the Customer’s responsibility. Any unauthorised deductions will be charged back. Contact the accounts department for additional details if needed.

Guarantee

Seldex™ Artistic Albums will replace any product if defective in materials or workmanship, for a period of three years from date of manufacture. This does not apply to damage caused by normal wear, misuse or accidental damage. Please report all manufacturing errors within 7 days of receiving your goods. Seldex™ Artistic Albums shall not be liable for damages to materials placed into, affixed to or stored within its products or other incidental or consequential damage.

Right to refuse supply

Seldex™ Artistic Albums is a wholesaler and reserves the right to refuse to supply customers who are not deemed to be professional photographers.
