Tips for Sending Prints
Please make sure when sending prints to us that you send all your photos flat packed. Photos need to be placed in between thick pieces of board and bubble wrapped to provide extra protection. If you tape the board, make sure the tape isn’t exposed to the photos.
Occasionally, photos will move in between the board and stick to the tape used.
Other important information:
- Packaging needs to be clearly marked with your name and studio reference. A copy of your order and album plan must be included with the photos.
- All drymount photos should be included in the package. We will not begin mounting the photos until all the photos have been received.
- Your photos will be checked on arrival and you will be notified of any damaged prints.
- It is your responsibility to contact Seldex™ and check if your prints have arrived.
- Photos being sent to us for photo covers and/or drymounting need to be printed the correct size.
Incorrect sized prints will not be used and will require reprinting. Please refer to Album Specifications.
- All photos must be supplied exactly the same size. If prints arrive with extra bleed or in a roll and require trimming you will be charged. Please remember we trim 3-5mm around all sides of your photos.
- We recommend laminating your photos to stop them rubbing against one another. This can be done before sending the photos in or by us.
- Seldex™ will not take any responsibility for images damaged in transit.
- Seldex™ picks up daily from The Edge Lab in Collingwood. Please feel free to have The Edge leave your prints in our bucket.
