1.  Once a client has chosen which album they would like to order, you have the option of designing the album manually using our order forms or via computer using Photojunction, the album planning software linked to our computer matcutting machines.  

Manually

Our order forms can be found on this website, under Resources, or you can also find them on our CD catalogue.  Fill in the order form using the Seldex Artistic Albums mat codes or your personal studio library codes.  For Custom Mats draw the alyout of photos in the box and list the photo sizes.  Each box on the order form represents one album page (side).  Box 1 represents page 1 of the album and boxes 2 and 3 represent the next 2 facing pages etc.  Each album has a fly leaf between the album cover and the first and last page of the album, thereby protecting your first and last images.

Photojunction

Photojunction is a computer software program which can be used to design both our matted and digital style albums.  For more information on this software please refer to our Photojunction page under Products. 

We are happy for you to design your albums either way although Photojunction does allow you to create custom cut mats that will be no extra charge to you. 

2.  Double check your album order before sending it to us.  Remember most Seldex Artistic albums are sent to you fully assembled - pages are bound into the album with all mats attached.  A mistake is easier to correct now rather than later.

 Photojunction orders can be emailed through Photojunction.  Please contact Seldex Artistic Albums when you are ready to submit your first order.

4.  If you require an album urgently or by a specific date please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you.  Albums take 10-15 days to manufacture (please refer to our production schedule) and 1-3 days for delivery depending on your location.  We suggest you allow 4 weeks in total for manufacture and delivery for your piece of mind. 

5.  Payment is to be made prior to despatch via Visacard, Mastercard, Bankcard, Direct Bank Deposit or Cheque.
