Payment

As the majority of our albums are custom made payment must be made on despatch.  Funds can be paid via Visacard, Mastercard, Bankcard, Cheque or Direct Bank Deposit.  American Express may also be used although there is a 2.5% surcharge for this service.  Please contact us for our bank account details if you would like to make a direct deposit.

Delivery

Within Australia - All parcels are sent ex Melbourne via Direct Freight Express unless otherwise instructed by our client.  Delivery can range from 2-5 days depending on your location. 

Outside Australia - We have distributors in the United States of America, Canada, the United Kingdom and Ireland.  Please check our distributors page for their details.  For other countries we ship direct using DHL.

Claims for goods damaged in transit

Each order is carefully inspected and packaged prior to despatch.  You must inspect your package for visible damage before you sign for receipt.  If goods have been damaged in transit please retain all packaging and notify both us and the courier promptly.  Upon notification we will re-supply any goods damaged within transit as soon as possible.

Other returns

As the majority of albums are custom made to order, they cannot generally be accepted for return.  Returns will only be accepted by prior arrangement with the Supplier and are subject to a handling fee.  The return freight remains the Customer's responsibility.  Any unauthorised deductions will be charged back.  Contact the credit department for additional details if needed.

Guarantee

Seldex Artistic Albums will replace any product if defective in materials or workmanship, however, this does not apply to damage caused by normal wear, misuse or accidental damage.  Seldex Artistic Albums shall not be liable for damages to materials placed into, affixed to or stored within its products or other incidental or consequential damage.
