If you are ordering Studio Logo embossing for the first time you will need to order a Studio Embossing Die.   This involves a one off cost of $99 to set up your studio embossing die which will not be charged on future orders.  

Studio logo embossing is free when 10 or more Folio Boxes are ordered.

Assembled Frame Mounts arrive with the mat and backing board attached and the photo slips in from the top. Unassembled Frame Mounts arrive with the mat and backing board separate.  The mat has double sided tape on the back so you can easily join the two pieces together.  Unassembled Frame Mounts are perfect for those photographers printing on thicker gsm art paper as sliding the photo behind an assembled Frame Mount can be difficult.

You can choose to have us print and mount your photos into your Frame Mounts so your Folio Box arrives complete and ready to hand over to your customer.

IMPORTANT

Please ensure your images are cropped to the exact finished print size before uploading.

For example, if ordering a 7×5" print, your file should be:

• Cropped to 7×5"
• 300 dpi
• Saved as a high-quality JPEG

WARNING:
Do not crop using the aspect ratio alone. While the proportions may appear correct the file size will be very large and will slow the upload speed when placing your order. When our printing software resizes the file, this can reduce image resolution and result in a loss of print quality.

For the best results, always crop your image to the exact print dimensions at 300 dpi before uploading.

You will need to upload your print files to these specifications - 

File format:  JPEG
Colour space:   ADOBE RGB (1998) or sRGB
Pixels per inch:  300dpi

We DO NOT check customer files for accuracy.  Your files should be colour corrected, correctly cropped and ready for printing. This is your responsibility.  If you are a first time user we highly recommend you visit our File Preparation page for details on how to prepare your files.
